Dr. Beach completed his Ph.D. in Public Policy with a specialization in International non-governmental organizations (NGOS) from Walden University in 2010. Dr. Beach also holds a Masters in Technology from New York University, Polytechnic Institute, MBA from Walden University and a B.A. in Economics from Northeastern Illinois University.
In his free time, Dr. Beach serves a board chairperson and board member for various International non-profit organizations. Dr. Beach also enjoys yachting, chess, reading, and exercising.
Mr. Ibrahima Cisse has with over 25 years of experience in Health, Human Services and Wellness in the New York Metro area which entities such as African Services Committee, Harlem Hospital and Columbia University. Previously, Mr. Cisse spent over 8 years in the Côte d’Ivoire Military with a distinguished service record.
Mr. Cisse is fluent in over 4 African languages and French. Mr. Cisse has a long and tenured history with the African Diaspora community in the New York Metro Area
In his free time, Mr. Cisse serves a board member of the Go Africa Network, and enjoys sports, cooking, exercising, and traveling.
After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the State University of New York at Stony Brook,Dr.Garfield Ashford Dwight Clunie earned his medical degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine. He completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the NYU Downtown Hospital, and went on to complete a fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Tufts University Medical Center. Dr. Clunie is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Science at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. In addition to high-risk pregnancies, Dr. Clunie’s special interests include prenatal diagnosis of fetal genetic and anatomic abnormalities and diabetes in pregnancy. As a faculty member, Dr. Clunie is the Director of Ambulatory MFM Services at The Mount Sinai Hospital’s OB/GYN Ambulatory Care Practice.

Mr. Simpson, received his Master of Science (MS), Human Resource Management from DeVry University, New York, and NY in 2012 and received his Bachelor of Science (BS), Computing and Management Studies from the University of Technology – Kingston, Jamaica in 2001.
He has served as Deputy Director of Culture in the Ministry of Culture, Jamaica and as a member of the government’s Cultural Industries Council (formerly the Entertainment Advisory Board). He also lectured at the University of the West Indies (UWI), Mona, where he designed and coordinated the implementation of a pioneering BA in Entertainment and Cultural Enterprise Management.
Kam-Au holds a BA in African & African Diaspora Studies and a MPhil in Cultural Studies from the UWI; a MSc in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University, Orlando, Florida; as well as Entertainment Business certification from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Dr Cheikh Eteka Traore, MD, MSC, FRSPH: Chief Medical Officer – Africa, for the GO Africa Network.
Dr.Traore is a bi-national citizen of both Mauritania and Nigeria. He is a freelance consultant based in Lagos, Nigeria. He graduated in medicine from the National University of Cote d’Ivoire in 1995, and obtained a public health masters from London School of Hygiene and tropical Medicine in 1998. He has eighteen years experience working on global health and public health systems in Europe, Sub Saharan Africa and other middle income countries.
Dr.Traore’s expertise is on the provision of technical assistance to governments, municipalities, donors, NGOs and United Nation agencies. He is passionate about inclusive policy development, program design addressing the intersection of human rights and public health, removing barriers to service access for marginalized communities and building capacity and leadership within grass-roots health movements.
Dr.Traore is bilingual in French/ English, with conversational and writing ability in Arabic and is a fellow of the Royal Society of Public Health (United Kingdom) since 2008.
Mr. Bayne has coordinated education programs at Montclair University’ s New Jersey School of Conservation; Stanford University and Berkeley University summer programs with the Student Conservation Association (SCA). He has worked as a manager with the 1996 Summer Olympics at Georgia Tech in Atlanta. During the summer games at GT he coordinated a track and health education seminar with Olympic track star Carl Lewis. Mr. Bayne was also a track, tennis and football athlete in his youth.
Working in education to improve the individual, community and global network is his sole concern. Mr. Bayne holds a MA in Teaching and Learning from Kaplan University with President’s List Honors. He is proud to have attended Pennsylvania’s historic Lincoln University, where he earned a BA in English. Mr. Bayne was a contributing writer,editor and researcher for the university’s scholarship driven book published in 2012 “An Unfailing Legacy” discussing the Barnes Collection of Art. He has a passion for African art and culture of the African diaspora.
Dr. Bruce M. Henry is currently a Senior Medical officer at Go Africa Network Inc. and has been a Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician at Nyack Hospital, Nyack New York since 2006.
Dr. Henry has served as a Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician at the following institutions in the past 20 years over an evolving time period.
Dr. Henry has also served in an instructional capacity at the aforementioned institutions and at The Borough of Manhattan Community College for more than 15 years within a temporal duration and capacity.
Dr. Henry has provided his services to Organization for International Development and doctors without borders for over 15 years.
Mr. Duckett is also the chief business development officer for TruFund Financial Services where he directs the organization’s national business growth strategy. Mr. Duckett develops and oversees strategic partnerships and elaborates new lending programs and product opportunities. He also directs TruFund’s marketing and communications functions.
Prior to joining TruFund, he was Vice President for Capital Access Programs at Carver Federal Savings Bank where he developed industry-leading M/W/BE capital access programs, Vice President of Community Development at Bank of America, and Vice President and Global Relationship Manager at BankBoston.
A native of South Carolina, Mr. Duckett holds a B.A. in French from Furman University and a Master of International Business from the University of South Carolina.
He is fluent in French, Portuguese, and Spanish, and his principal volunteer activities include serving as a board member for African Services Committee and South Bronx Overall Economic Development Corporation.
Mr. Diallo is also an Agent licensed to sell insurance and financial services through New York Life Insurance Company. His specialty is in Retirement Planning, Business services, Estate Planning and Group Employee Benefit Plans. Mr. Diallo is President and Co-founder of Ginjan Bros. Inc. a beverage company based out of Harlem that makes organic ginger juice (African Style).
Mr. Diallo was born in Guinea (west Africa) and currently residing in Harlem, NY. Mr. Diallo holds a B.A. in Business from Mercy College. He is fluent in French, Pular and Sosso, and his principal volunteer activities include serving as the General Secretary of the African Advisory Council of the Bronx Borough President’s office. His hobbies are writing, technology, fashion, music and soccer of course. His passion is working towards a more unified and self sufficient Africa through creating the right Partnerships and opportunities.
Mr. Diallo also serves as a volunteer consultant with NYPACE, a non-profit organization that seeks to stimulate economic development in New York City by providing pro-bono consulting services to small businesses in under-resourced communities.
Mr. Diallo holds a Bachelors degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Michigan State University, with a Biomaterials option; and a Master’s from the University of Montpellier and the Technical University of Munich, with a concentration on energy materials.
Mr. Cooper is also the Chairman of the African Advisory Council (AAC) of the Bronx Borough President’s Office, representing over 120,000 Africans in the borough, which has the largest concentration of Africans in the United States.
