NYC Nurse-Family Partnership (NYC NFP) is a program for new mothers that provides support, guidance and information to help you become the best mom you can be. As a first-time mother, you will be connected to your own personal nurse who will be there with you to support you through your pregnancy and in your new role as a mother. Your nurse will answer your questions, listen to your concerns and offer useful information so you can have a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby.
NYC NFP serves pregnant women and girls and is available at no cost to you and regardless of your immigration status or that of anyone in your family.
Who can sign up for the program?
To find out if you’re eligible or to get more information about enrolling, call 311 and ask for Nurse-Family Partnership.
For further information about the program and links to NYC NFP publications, including brochures, the My Nurse comic book and the monthly NYC NFP E-News, please visit the NYC Nurse-Family Partnership Help for New Parents page.
